Frequently asked questions

How long does furniture take to dry after cleaning?

Usually 4–6 hours, mattresses 6–8. The machine extracts most of the moisture; the time depends on the material, temperature, ventilation and humidity.

What do I need to provide?

Just a power socket and access to the furniture. We bring the equipment, the products and the water for the machine.

Are the products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We use professional upholstery products, and the machine pulls them straight back out of the fibres. We recommend that children and pets stay off the furniture until it is dry.

Can every stain be removed?

Most stains come out, but some old or chemically changed ones (paint, ink, bleach) cannot be removed completely. We tell you before we start what to realistically expect.

How do I pay?

In cash or by card, after the cleaning is done.
